Privacy Policy

Effective and last updated: August 17, 2026

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Digital David Inc. ("Digital David," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit digitaldavidusa.com or www.digitaldavidusa.com, submit our contact form, or otherwise communicate with us through this website.

This policy does not govern client data processed under a separate contract or the privacy practices of websites and services we link to but do not operate.

2. Who We Are

Digital David Inc.

Provincetown, MA 02657
United States
Email: hello@digitaldavidusa.com

3. Information We Collect

  • Contact and professional information: name, email address, company, inquiry type, and any other information you include in your message. Name, email address, and message are required to submit the form; company is optional.
  • Communications: the contents of inquiries and our responses.
  • Technical and network information: IP address, request URL, timestamps, browser and device details, referring page, approximate location derived from IP address, and diagnostic or security information processed by our hosting and security providers.
  • Bot-prevention information: a Cloudflare Turnstile token, IP address, and device or browser signals used to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated abuse.

We do not intentionally request sensitive personal information, payment-card details, government identifiers, or account credentials through this website. Please do not include them in a free-form message.

4. Sources of Information

We receive information directly from you, automatically from your browser or device when you use the website, and from the service providers that help us operate and secure it.

5. How We Use Information

  • Receive, categorize, and respond to inquiries
  • Send a confirmation that we received your message
  • Evaluate potential projects and business relationships
  • Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and secure the website
  • Prevent spam, fraud, abuse, and other malicious activity
  • Comply with law and protect our rights and those of others

6. How We Disclose Information

We disclose personal information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to:

  • Vercel: website hosting, request processing, operational logs, performance, and security.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile: bot and abuse prevention. Cloudflare describes its Turnstile processing in its Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
  • Plus Five Five, Inc. (Resend): delivery of contact-form notifications and confirmation emails.
  • Microsoft 365: receipt and storage of messages delivered to our business mailbox.
  • jsDelivr: delivery of public icon assets on parts of the website.
  • Professional advisers, authorities, or other parties when necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, resolve disputes, or complete a corporate transaction.

We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or use it for targeted advertising. We do not operate a marketing mailing list through this website.

7. Cookies, Tracking, and Privacy Signals

We do not currently use advertising cookies, analytics pixels, or other technologies to track visitors across third-party websites. Cloudflare Turnstile may use cookies, local storage, and device or browser signals that are necessary to provide bot protection. Hosting and content-delivery providers also receive standard request data when your browser connects to their infrastructure.

Because we do not engage in cross-site behavioral tracking, this website does not respond differently to browser "Do Not Track" signals. We honor legally binding opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control, where applicable. Since we do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, no additional opt-out action is currently required on this website.

8. Data Retention

We generally retain ordinary contact inquiries and related email correspondence for up to 24 months. We may retain them longer when reasonably necessary for an active business relationship, contract, legal obligation, dispute, or the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

IP addresses used by our application for rate limiting have a 10-minute active window and are held only in transient server memory. Hosting, security, email, and content-delivery providers may retain operational records according to their own retention settings and legal obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it where reasonably feasible.

9. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. These include encrypted transmission, restrictive security headers, input validation, bot verification, origin controls, and rate limiting. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

10. U.S. State Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live and subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:

  • Confirm whether we process your personal information
  • Access or obtain a copy of your personal information
  • Correct inaccurate personal information
  • Delete personal information
  • Opt out of a sale, targeted advertising, or certain profiling
  • Limit certain uses of sensitive personal information
  • Appeal a decision concerning a privacy request
  • Exercise applicable rights without discrimination

To submit a request, email us at the address below with the subject "Privacy Request." We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying with the subject "Privacy Appeal." We will respond within the period required by applicable law.

During the preceding 12 months, the website collected the categories described in Section 3 and disclosed them for the operational purposes described in Section 6. It did not sell them or share them for cross-context behavioral advertising. Because the website has no user accounts, requests to review or correct information should be sent by email.

11. Children's Privacy

This business-to-business website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 submitted personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

12. International Visitors

Digital David Inc. is based in the United States. If you access the website from another country, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and in other locations where our service providers operate, which may have different data protection laws from your home country.

13. Third-Party Websites

Our website contains links to independently operated websites and services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one. Review those policies before providing personal information.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal obligations. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the effective date. If a change is material, we will provide additional notice when required by law.
